Oh Hi! My name is Ashtyn.
With 7 years in the Healthcare Staffing Industry, I’ve learned that no two days are ever the same, and that’s what keeps me excited. Whether it’s building lasting relationships with travelers or training the next wave of recruiters, I thrive on the connections and the constant learning that come with this role. Coaching is in my DNA—seeing others succeed is what fills my bucket!
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me catching some live sports action! From cheering on our daughter Jersey at Friday night football games as she performs with her dance team, to rooting for our other daughter, JC during her varsity volleyball and basketball games, my wife Sara and I are all about women’s sports. I’m a huge fan of the WNBA, especially the Indiana Fever, and I love catching the Omaha Supernovas in action. Our family owns and operates SWI Third Degree Volleyball club, where I get the honor of acting as club director and coaching some amazing athletes!
And when we’re not in a gym, we’re likely on a tropical getaway, or at home watching a good true crime documentary with our three doodles.
Healthcare staffing has been such a blessing in my life, and I have so much respect for the healthcare heroes in our communities. They really are the backbone of our country!
