CEOBrian Wilke has spent the last 15 years of his 19-year career in the healthcare staffing industry, serving as Titan Medical’s chief executive officer. His goal as CEO has always been to make a difference in the industry and help hospitals that are dealing with severe staffing shortages. He’s proud of Titan’s commitment to working with only the best traveling staff, which ensures patients receive the care they need and deserve.
Jenny Lyman
COOJenny Lyman joined Titan Medical in 2010 as an Account Manager. She has since been promoted several times, first to Team Lead and then to Sales Manager and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Jenny strives to ensure Titan Medical maintains its reputation of having the best staff in the industry. She is proud to work for a company built on a foundation of hard work, honesty and integrity.
Carrie Miller
CFOCarrie Miller joined Titan in January 2017. Carrie is a CPA and is licensed in both Nebraska and Colorado. With over 40 years of experience, she has served in various positions, including SVP/CFO of a Fortune 500 Company. Other roles include Controller, Compliance Officer, SOX internal auditor, and National Bank Examiner.

With 7 years in the Healthcare Staffing Industry, I’ve learned that no two days are ever the same, and that’s what keeps me excited. Whether it’s building lasting relationships with travelers or training the next wave of recruiters, I thrive on the connections and the constant learning that come with this role. Coaching is in my DNA—seeing others succeed is what fills my bucket!
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me catching some live sports action! From cheering on our daughter Jersey at Friday night football games as she performs with her dance team, to rooting for our other daughter, JC during her varsity volleyball and basketball games, my wife Sara and I are all about women’s sports. I’m a huge fan of the WNBA, especially the Indiana Fever, and I love catching the Omaha Supernovas in action. Our family owns and operates SWI Third Degree Volleyball club, where I get the honor of acting as club director and coaching some amazing athletes!
And when we’re not in a gym, we’re likely on a tropical getaway, or at home watching a good true crime documentary with our three doodles.
Healthcare staffing has been such a blessing in my life, and I have so much respect for the healthcare heroes in our communities. They really are the backbone of our country!

Vendor Relations ManagerNicky has been in the staffing industry for close to 8 years. Most of that time, she was an Account Manager working with some of the nation’s largest MSP National Clients. In her current role, as Manager of Vendor Relations, she will use her experience with these partnerships to help other Account Managers gain and maintain success within these accounts. One thing I would love all of our travelers/clients to know is how much we truly appreciate all of their hard work! We literally could not do our job without them! I recently got married this past August and have two dogs, Daisy and Kya. If we’re not playing with the dogs, we are usually playing Catan of Phase 10. I also love golf! Since 2014, a few buddies and I have been traveling to some of our favorite courses and are currently planning a trip to Arizona this fall. My dream travel destination is Iceland.
